Unlike standard roll forming equipment, this specialized machine is tailored specifically for grain bin silo applications. It produces high-tensile steel panels that form the sidewalls of storage silos ranging from small farm bins to large commercial grain terminals.
Key design features include:

• Heavy duty corrugation roll former to produce the required corrugation .
• Automatic punching for consistent bolt-hole patterns (vertical and horizontal seams).
• In-line curving capability to curve panels for easier on-site assembly.

Superior Output Quality & Material Compatibility :
The machine processes galvanized, pre-painted, or bare steel coils with thicknesses from 1 mm to 6mm, and widths up to 1250mm.
